Delete your Woodle account

In the app

Open Woodle and go to Settings → Delete account. The app walks you through three steps: download an archive of your invoices, cancel your subscription in the app store, and delete the account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email info@woodle-app.de from the address your account is registered with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Ask for your invoice archive in the same message if you still need it — once the account is gone, we cannot produce it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login
• Your clients and their portal logins
• Dogs, including photos and stored documents
• Walks, walk reports and their photos
• Invoices and their PDFs
• Rounds, services and contract templates

Nothing is kept. There is no retention period and no archived copy on our side.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your Woodle account does not cancel your subscription. Apple and Google bill it against your store account, not against ours. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, or you keep paying for access that no longer exists.

Keep your invoices

If you run a business, you are likely required to keep your invoices for several years — in Germany ten, under § 147 AO. Download the archive before you delete, and store it somewhere you control.
