# How Woodle works

The key steps, each shown in a few seconds – straight from the app.

## **Getting started**

## Add your first dog and client

In Pack, tap “+ Dog”: name, owner and price per walk – three steps and you’re set up.

## Plan a recurring walk

Switch on the weekdays and pick a round as the template. Woodle books the next four weeks of walks by itself.

## Invite new clients by link

Create a link under “Requests” and send it. The client fills in their own and their dog’s details, you just approve.

## **Out on a walk**

## Store emergency info

Add health notes, the vet and an emergency contact to the dog. On a walk, one tap calls them.

## **Getting paid**

## Send your first invoice

Finance already adds up the open walks. Tap “Create”, check it, tap “Send” – the invoice goes out as a PDF by email.

## Take online payments

Connect Stripe once and clients pay invoices by card right away. Bank transfer still works too.

## Export for your accountant

Pick a period and hand over every invoice PDF plus a table as one ZIP – ready for your accountant.
