## Questions about switching
Can I bring my clients over from PawLoop?+
Yes. Add your clients and dogs yourself, or send them a link to fill in their own details – you check and approve what comes back before it lands in your books.
Why does online payment matter so much here?+
Because it's the one thing that actually saves you the awkward "have you paid me yet?" text. Woodle's clients can pay a card straight from their invoice; PawLoop's own pricing page says online payment collection isn't available yet, so you're still chasing bank transfers by hand.
I do a lot of boarding, not just walks – is Woodle still a fit?+
Woodle handles boarding and daycare as regular service types alongside walks, with their own pricing. If boarding is most of your business and you want dedicated care-plan tooling around it specifically, PawLoop's boarding module is more specialised.
